Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service offered by wen1win. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account with wen1win. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.5 KYC Verification. wen1win is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by wen1win for identity verification purposes.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wen1win login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify wen1win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. wen1win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your wen1win account, whether or not authorized by you. wen1win will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. wen1win reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your wen1win account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wen1win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at wen1win is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. wen1win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. wen1win reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Transaction Fees. wen1win does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which wen1win accepts no responsibility.
5.1 RNG Certification. All games offered on the wen1win platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or any other external factors.
5.2 Game Rules. Each game available on wen1win is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 5.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, wen1win reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved. wen1win's decision in such matters is final.
5.4 Disconnection Policy. wen1win is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's predetermined rules and the result will stand.
6.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. wen1win is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 6.2 Age Restriction. wen1win strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement.
6.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they may have a problem with gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
6.4 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits on their wen1win accounts. Limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions take effect immediately.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by wen1win are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by wen1win are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. 7.4 Bonus Abuse. wen1win reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct that wen1win reasonably determines to constitute abuse of its promotional offers.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wen1win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the wen1win platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of wen1win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. wen1win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wen1win content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not use the wen1win name, logo, or any other brand elements in any manner without the prior written consent of wen1win. Unauthorized use of wen1win's intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 Platform Availability. wen1win endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond wen1win's reasonable control.
10.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wen1win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wen1win and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
wen1win collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with wen1win, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. wen1win implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including 256-bit SSL encryption and strict access controls.

12.1 Amendments. wen1win reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. 12.2 Termination by wen1win. wen1win reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if wen1win reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to wen1win and the completion of any applicable verification requirements, unless the termination is due to a violation of these Terms, in which case wen1win reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
